Apres V Day

Pictorial: the finished thick wool socks were mine for about an hour. Now they are Ben's. A display of how to wear a Ragdoll(self portrait), Ben's handsome face before the dance last week, the Monkey Wrench quilt block pattern for a quilt I am making. I think it looks ok...what do you think?

It was a low key but pleasantish day for us yesterday, the 14th. Only one or two episodes marred our family trip to Chapters and they ended with two yound men being sent to their rooms for an hour or so. Grrrrrrr....

I got a couple of books I'd heard about on other's blogs (or is it others blog's?). Three Bags Full by Leonie Swann and The Lace Reader by Brugnonia Barry. I finished TBF last night and it was an enjoyable read. A murder mystery about a shepherd's death from the perspective and crime solving capabilities of the flock of sheep. Well written with some humour. I recommend it to anyone who has loved sheep.
Today may include more sewing...or a trip to the science center. Its still up in the air.

Pathetic. That cat is pathetic. (what a mush!)

Handsome guy, warm socks, lovely quilt square, and a lump of a cat- bliss.

love the quilt sqare! Nice shirt Ben, hope you had fun. That is one flexible, slutty cat, sorry about the socks finding another owner. Enjoy your day!
